Payment Agent and Referral Partner Program
If you already work with merchants who need reliable card and PayPal-wallet processing, the SwissPay partner program lets you refer them in. SwissPay handles onboarding and underwriting in-house, with T+2 USD settlement on PayPal rails.
The SwissPay partner program lets agents, resellers and referral partners refer US and Canadian merchants to SwissPay, with partner terms agreed when they join. SwissPay is a PayPal-managed payment facilitator that boards and underwrites merchants in-house on PayPal rails, so the merchants you refer do not need their own PayPal account.
What is the SwissPay partner program?
The SwissPay partner program lets agents, resellers and referral partners refer US and Canadian merchants to SwissPay. SwissPay is a PayPal-managed payment facilitator that boards and underwrites merchants in-house on PayPal rails, so referred merchants do not need their own PayPal account.
SwissPay.ai is a PayPal-managed payment facilitator operated by MintAds Inc. Rather than sending you to shop merchants across many banks, the model is straightforward: you refer a merchant, and SwissPay reviews and underwrites that merchant in-house. Approved merchants get card and PayPal-wallet processing, card and wallet vaulting for subscriptions and rebills, and settlement to their own bank account, without needing their own PayPal account.
Who is the SwissPay partner program for?
The program is for sales agents, resellers, referral partners and SaaS platforms who work with merchants that need card and PayPal-wallet processing. It fits best if your clients are US or Canadian businesses in supported verticals such as supplements, subscriptions, telehealth, crypto or iGaming.

How does the SwissPay model work?
SwissPay is a PayPal-managed payment facilitator. You refer a merchant, SwissPay reviews and underwrites that merchant in-house, and an approved merchant processes card and PayPal-wallet payments without their own PayPal account. Funds settle to the merchant's own bank account, with subscription vaulting and chargeback handling built in.
You refer or resell, and SwissPay handles review and boarding. A merchant you refer is reviewed and underwritten in-house by SwissPay and, once approved, processes card payments on PayPal rails (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), the PayPal wallet, and PayPal Pay Later. Card and wallet details are held in a tokenized vault inside the PCI DSS Level 1 environment for subscriptions and rebills, with 3-D Secure 2 where required, real-time fraud scoring, and chargeback and PayPal dispute handling with automated evidence submission. Funds settle in USD to the merchant's own bank account.
