SwissPay.ai provides payment routing and merchant account services for businesses across a range of risk profiles. In this policy, "SwissPay", "we", "us" and "our" refer to SwissPay.ai. This policy applies to personal data we process through swisspay.ai and our application and onboarding flows.

We collect information you provide when you apply or contact us, including your name, business name, email, phone, website, business category, processing volume and any details you add to a message. When you use our services we also process transaction and account data needed to route and settle payments.
We collect limited technical data automatically, such as IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed, to operate the site securely and understand how it is used.
How we use your data
We use your data to assess and process applications, provide and support payment services, match your business to an appropriate acquirer, prevent fraud, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your account or request. We do not sell your personal data.
How we share it
We share data only as needed to deliver the service: with acquiring banks and payment partners that underwrite or process your transactions, with service providers who work on our behalf under contract, and with regulators, auditors or law enforcement where the law requires. Payment card data is handled within a PCI DSS compliant environment.

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, tokenisation of card data, access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
Your rights
